Pothole covered but rain, 12th December
Tuesday 12th December 2023 About 17:30 drove over a pothole covered with rain (not visible by eye) instantly pop my car wheel , as I pulled over into he nearest layby approximately 15 + individuals whose details I have saved on my phone with photo evidence of the extent of damage that has occurred,causing significant damage to myself and others and is currently ongoing at present .
The location of the pothole is on Colchester road ,tiptree as you head towards Colchester before the second bend on the road I don't regularly use the road however I did today as the A12 had some delays so I am unable to determine how long this has been there

There are no working street lights on footpath at all along Nine acres, Factory hill. Lights were erected but have never worked. Its pitch black and dangerous. this is opposite Honey Lane and Raspberry fields, along the fence line next to the open fields

Path not high enough, 2nd August
The path has holes and is too low; it dips down outside 77 and 79 Chapel Road. The drop kerb still allows water to pour over the pavement and cascade down the driveway of 79. It washes out all the sand between the paviours. We constantly have to empty our drain out, which for two pensioners is getting quite difficult. Please repair and lift this path. Thank you

We have a loose sunken drain that is causing a lot of noise and damage to our property when lorries or big cars go over it. The drain looks block and I believe doesn’t attached to anything., 4th June
Sunken loose drain that is causing cracks to our walls in our property when big lorries keep driving across it. Bottles also rattle in the fridge. It is getting worse and at night is causing us stress because it wakes us up when this happens.
