Crossroads at Cotehill Village Hall, 4th March
From the crossroads down Petergate heading out of the Village towards Alby Terrace ( the last repair ) there are numerous potholes appearing again. Please can you check this stretch of road, in the gutters the Tarmac is breaking away also and is detrimental to car users, cyclists and motorcycles.

B6263 through Cumwhinton is currently shut and all the temporary Road closed signs and diversion signs have blown over. Signs are located at the junction near the Lowther arms pub and along the village green towards the pub.

Road sign outside entrance blocking vision onto road, 10th August
After a long list of correspondence over several months with Cumbria Highways about this matter - they have informed me that this should be referred to Highways England who they say are responsible for the sign.
Our issue is that we have moved into a house which has a roadsign very near our drive entrance. When exiting onto the busy road our vision is obstructed causing us to come out onto the road with impaired visibility. We have had several near misses with cars coming in opposite directions including cyclist who use the road in large numbers. We would like to get the sign relocated to reduce the safety hazard.

2 relatively sized potholes on Peter Gate on entry to Cotehill near disused Methodist Chapel., 19th January
The section of Peter Gate on entry to Cotehill close to the disused Methodist Chapel has 2 relatively sized potholes. This area close by also has areas where the road is breaking down largely due to being dug and poorly repaired after the recent new houses being developed on that same stretch. Further up through the narrows there are also various areas of the road that need attending to.
