Clothes dumped outside 134 venner, 16th April
134 venner rd SE26. Black bin bags dumped outside 134. They left top of bag open and clothes visible as you walk paste. This has lead to people pulling out looking at items to take. It's spread to most on pavement and a pram or wheelchair would have trouble passing with out getting wheels snagged on fabrics. It's an eyesore that's been there over a week now.

A vehicle has struck the the traffic island outside the Bridge house pub on Penge High Street and displaced it onto the pedestrian refuge, thus narrowing it and blocking wheelchairs from being about to use the crossing

Flytipping ongoing health hazard, 16th April
These rubbish bags have been piled at the back of Sainsbury's for months now. It's disgusting. Having complained in the store, I've been redirected to the council. Someone needs to deal with it - it is a public health hazard and why should ratepayers have to look at it constantly? Please remove.

Blocked Drain Again, 16th April
I reported a blocked drain outside 16 Melvin Road, SE20 8EU on 11th April 2023 report reference 4426724. I am not sure if your drainage contractor did come and clear the drain, if so then I am reporting that the drain is blocked again. It doesn’t help that when the trees were planted in Melvin Road one was planted in the pathway above the drain.

Uncollected refuse, postcode error, 16th April
When I report a missed collection the response is that 'nothing can be found', however our postcode is SE20 7JA and that appears to cover quite large area and centre around Wordsworth Road. Our refuse is actually located on Parish Lane at the rear of our building closer to SE20 7HU, could you system be updated to include our collection.

Motorcycle chain attached to pavement, 16th April
Number 34 on Sultan Street has installed a permeant bike lock/chain on the road directly outside his property, this means that cars can not adequately park In front or behind his motorbike, the owner of the motorbike uses large traffic cones to prevent cars parking over his bike lock when the motorbike is not there. This is a public street and no one has the right to a permeant parking space outside of their property.

Toilets - Get the contractor to clean them, they were absolutely disgusting, 16th April
• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below:: Toilets at Croydon rec park are absolutely disgusting, the womans toilets are covered in faeces, the park rubbish cleaners were sitting in their van and i told them and they said they only do a basic clean and another team do a deeper clean, seemed like an excuse, them toilets have not been cleaned for months they were disgusting, i understand the building is old but these were very dirty and the team that have the contract didnt seem bothered or want to investigate

Overgrown tree - branches hanging onto cars, 16th April
This tree outside our house is overgrown - the branches hang on top of cars and into our front garden. It needs to be cut back. It used to bloom every spring but no longer does so - so I suspect it is dying. I have previously been in contact about its removal.
