Drain blocked solid with mud and building refuse outside 86 Blandford Road. It’s full to the top and absolutely packed solid. All the water just rushes down the street. Quite a lot of the drains on the road are like this now. It’s not good when there is heavy rain as all flows to bottom of street too quickly. It’s been like this for about a year or so now.

Clock House and Cedars roads signage and height/width barriers needed, 22nd April
A "Not Suitable for large vehicles" sign is needed for the Clock House area.
The photos [which are not the only examples] is of the huge lorry that tried to come through. People moved cars to try and allow him to make the bends at the top of Clock House road/near the Clock House Station but the driver was still unable to make the turn so was forced to reverse back. This blocked the road for 30-60 mins - and he was only able to do this with help from a lot of residents in the area.
In trying, and trying again. to make the turns, he was hitting the tops of the trees and damaging the branches. He was causing untold damage to the trees and was only stopped when shouted at by the public.
The driver appeared to be using a TomTom which was for a car.
***** PLEASE PUT IN A HEIGHT BLOCKING BARRIER AND SIGNAGE FOR LARGE VEHICLES TO USE OTHER ROUTES ****
This has been reported again and again and no suitable fix has been made.
Please see https://www.fixmystreet.com/report/3891092 for more history.

Double red lines needed - Cars parking too close to junction, 22nd April
Cars are parking far too close to the junction from Haverley Street into Worsley Bridge road. This occurs daily during working hours and on weekends causing a significant road safety problem with an obstructed view of the road from both directions. The highway code prohibits cars from parking within 10 meters of a junction on either side however many do not abide by this rule. Therefore, I request that double red lines are painted from this junction to make this clear people who are parking poorly.
