Caravans & Vans Parking, 23rd April
Caravans and vans are parked along and on the pavement in a Small Street, completely blocking pedestrian access. Their accumulated rubbish is becoming a health hazard. Additionally, one of the vehicles is clearly not roadworthy and would fail an MOT inspection. Parking availability for local businesses is increasingly problematic.

Street lights still not fixed, 23rd April
2 lights are now not working on Friezewood Road outside 18 and 50 Despite reporting these multiple times the job keeps getting closed and saying they are fixed These are most definitely not fixed I suggest you liaise with the company who you employ to carry out this work and find out what is going on The light outside 18 Friezewood has not worked since autumn of 2023 and the one outside 50 has been out for at least 2 weeks now. We pay our council tax which includes adequate street lighting yet we don’t seem to have that luxury. We only have 5 lights in the street and with 2 of these STILL not working it has become a danger and a very big problem. Please get these fixed and stop closing the job down when they clearly are not fully working

Update to ref: 5256318 - Overgrown Trees Obstructing Road, 22nd April
As requested, it has now been over 28 days since an enforcement letter was sent to the owners of these trees and the case deemed closed, but the problem persists (regarding FixMyStreet ref: 5256318):
- Branches still reach over half way across the road making access difficult for taller vehicles.
- Some branches closest to the phone pole have been cut back, allowing access to a phone-line team to install a fibre internet line to one of the homes attached to it. However, most still remain and no further work has been done since this installation.
- Leaves were swept into the road by the owners, making the road dangerously slippery but this was all cleaned up a week or two later by a council operated street cleaning vehicle.
- A recent letter from Bristol Water has indicated that there have been an increase in drain blockages in the area, which this may be contributing to.
With Spring fast approaching, nesting birds will slow any work that needs to be done.

No lights on street, 21st April
We’ve now lost the only light on the street that was working. This is seriously dangerous in the night as no one can see walking down the street. This has been going on for months. It’s ludicrous it’s taken so long to fix a light when we pay so much council tax. What on earth is going on?!?

This has been reported, but still unresolved., 21st April
My husband cycled over this last week and nearly came off his bicycle. I was following him and his front wheel hit the edge of the dropped drain, his back wheel wobbled and how he stayed on his bicycle I do not know. He was very lucky not to be injured. I see this has been reported, is now closed to comments but still unresolved. Case number - 5669966 If this is due to traffic in the cycle line then this drain cover needs to be changed for a more sturdy one, suitable for traffic.

Deep ditch in pavement, 21st April
A deep ingress has developed and has been getting worse over the months on the pavement near the end of Exmouth rd outside 113. It’s very dangerous as it’s also on the school route so children are frequently using it and if one was to trip in it and go into the road could be fatal. Please fill and fix.
