Displaced manhole cover is causing a noise nuisance, 23rd April
This manhole cover was displaced a few months back. Every time a car goes over it, day and night, it makes a godawful loud clatter. Please see the video: https://youtu.be/kQqCVp5ZjNE
This issue has been raised twice by neighbours on FixMyStreet and closed without comment both times. If the Council is not responsible, it would be helpful if you could tell us which utility company - Bristol Water? Wessex Water? can resolve it, based on the information I am sure you have of the road as a local authority.

Parking on double yellow lines, 23rd April
On both sides of this part of the high street there are problems with people constantly parking on double yellow lines. They are either dropping off or picking up children from the Pirates and Princesses Nursery or picking up takeaways from the numerous take away shops. This is causing a massive problem meaning only single file traffic can pass and is not great when there are busses coming through. It is getting very dangerous.

Lost Double yellow lines and football parking, 22nd April
At the weekend approximately 10 vehicles were parked on the pavement and highway adjacent to the Zubs cafe (AKA Rest a While) where double yellow lines have been washed away. This results in issues for vehicles trying to exit Old Bristol Road.

Dangerous Saw, 22nd April
W3W reference = areas.monday.secret. Small amount o rubbish dumped my concern is that the motorcyclists, equestrian users or dogs walked in Engine House Lane may come in contact with the saw edge and be injured.

The hedge has been overgrown for some time and blocks the footpath. There is not enough room for two people to pass without brushing off the hedge and On a wet morning school children are walking into the road to avoid brushing off the wet hedge.
