At the weekend approximately 10 vehicles were parked on the pavement and highway adjacent to the Zubs cafe (AKA Rest a While) where double yellow lines have been washed away. This results in issues for vehicles trying to exit Old Bristol Road.

Potholes continue to expand, 20th April
Previously reported numerous potholes on this stretch of road and I saw three people inspecting and drawing white marks around some a few weeks ago, but the road surface continues to be awful here and it causes drivers to swerve into the middle of the road to avoid them. It’s been like this for well over a year

The pavement adjoining manhole is broken and dangerous on the pavement at the end of the lane between Keynsham High Street and Tesco Car park,, 15th April
On Friday 5th April at 15:50, I was coming out of the lane between Keynsham High Street and Tesco Car park, when my foot caught on the uneven, damaged pavement surrounding the manhole cover. My foot twisted and I fell to the ground. When I went to stand up I could not put any weight on my left foot. A passer-by offered to help me as I was clearly in distress and could not stand properly. I knew the uneven, broken pavement had damaged my foot significantly. I was taken to hospital where I had an x-ray and I have broken my foot in 3 places. I will be seeking compensation for my injury. Please provide your insurance details and a council claim form.

Blocked drain again, 11th April
The drain opposite number 22 STEPHENS DRIVE is blocked again causing large puddles to collect by the speed humps. THIS IS MY THIRD REPORT, EACH ONE KEEPS GETTING CLOSED BUT DRAIN IS STILL BLOCKED

Dog fouling Council ref: 5338005. reported at 15:13, Tue 19 December 2023, 10th April
Our neighbours dog has fouled on the road (public - responsibility of the council) on multiple occasions. We have evidence from ring doorbell and cctv footage. We have told them about the issue but it has not subsided. Multiple poos from this dog have been found up and down the road on Maximus Gardens.
A generic response: this issue has been resolved. I would like to understand what the outcome was? This is the law, the law was broken so a series of fines must be issue to the owner. This is the only outcome there needs to be. Please provide an acceptable response otherwise I we have to take this further.
