Recently resurfaced roadway from Lewes Road into Springett Avenue has not had yellow lines replaced and is leading to parking too close to the junction..

Re surface of pavement on Springett Avenue, 4th April
A few weeks ago, the pavement on Springett Avenue was replaced. Took a long time, but it looked good and less of a hazard to pedestrians.
We were notified that areas of NEW pavement have to be lifted, as it did not pass quality inspection checks. Work started today outside our home.
Whist I do not have an expert eye for ground work quality, the work looked perfectly O.K., to neighbours and myself.
All this wasted time and money, whilst the kerb edging along the Avenue is a shocking trip hazard, and the Avenue is rutted with hundreds of potholes. The time and money could have been better spent, by resurfacing the road and resetting the kerb edgings.

Severe damage to grass verge, 13th March
Despite the double yellow lines in the roadway vehicles have been driven up and onto the grass verge to park and have severally damaged it.
Please can this reinstated and bollards placed to stop future illegal parking and damage.

Verge damaged and kerbstones moved, 5th March
Heavy vehicle has driven onto to grass verge and moved all the kerbstones away from the edge of the road.

Many potholes in this road., 24th February
This is a concrete road overlaid with tarmac. More potholes appear each week. Some are repaired only to reappear soon after repair. there are currently about 10 holes steadily getting bigger. For East Sussex County Council

Dangerious footpath, 29th February
The footpath on Vicarage way is extremely dangerious, so much so that pedestrians have no option to walk in the road. This is huge safety issue with vehicles turning the corner from the main road into Vicarage way. The path is covered in debris / mud/ water. Yesterday I noticed an elderly person with walking frame heading towards the church with NO option but to walk in the road, extremely dangerious. See attach photo of the path ,as you can see unusable and very slippery.

Extremely poor road condition, 15th February
The road surface on Springett Avenue from the junction off the B2192, travelling down Anchor Field and into/around Shelley Road is awful. There are multiple potholes and rutting of varying depths/lengths causing people to drive in the middle/wrong side of the road putting other drivers/pedestrians/cyclists at risk.

Kerb dislodged and raised, 12th February
The kerb outside the pet shop has become dislodged from the pavement and is now raised at one end. Another piece of kerb nearby is missing completely.

Huge pothole, 13th January
This pothole is right at the end of someone's driveway. Need to swerve to miss it which takes you on to the other side of the road. Previously repaired but the repair has now failed

Deep pothole 40cm square and 10cm deep, 17th December
This deep pothole is an extreme danger to cyclists, motor cyclists and cars' tyres. There is also a drain cover at around the same place that is rocking and making a loud noise whenever a vehicle passes over it. This is been 'mended' before, but poorly carried out so that it's even worse now.

Noise caused by loose / rocking inspection cover on Lewes Road B2192 opposite Bishop's Lane Ringmer, 11th December
The loose inspection manhole cover on the road rocks and make a very loud noise when a vehicles' wheels travel over it. As it is inline with vehicle wheels the noise is very frequent.

18" x 18" pothole on the short stretch or road from Bishops/Norlington Lane to Ham Lane (beside the allotments) [OR using the 'What Three Words' location it is: Join. Loaning. Oblige.], 9th December
This pothole, which is on the left hand side of the road by the Ringmer allotments, leading directly to the junction with Ham Lane, has been there for well over a year. What is oddest is that another pothole, a few yards ahead of it, was fixed earlier this year but this one was not. It is really obvious that it is incredibly dangerous: it is a sudden drop on the side of the road just after an awkward turn from Norlington Lane. Please will you arrange for it to be fixed. It is incredibly close to the one that was fixed earlier this year so, so you really can't miss it.

Blocked drain, 1st November
This drain has been blocked by debris for some time, drain on church hill by the flint wall, bearing in mind weather condition this needs urgent attention.

Blocked ditch and drain not working, 30th October
The ditch from Norlington Lane to Ham Lane is blocked over a long section (about 10m shown on picture) meaning the water ponding at the corner (as shown on picture) cannot drain away. I also believe but am not certain that there is a drain under the road going from the corner (shown on the other picture) down Norlington Lane away from Ham lane that is not functioning correctly but I cannot get confirmation of this. Perhaps this request can lead to the drains in this area being checked.

Irrelevant Information sign, 4th October
This sign has been missed when they did the take down, I have reported it to Glynde Estates who really aren't interested, the sign is no longer relevant and should have been removed ages ago.
