ISSUE: ASBnnWe have continued to carry out hot spot patrols and target repeat offenders of ASB. We do this by utilising ASB legislations like S.35 dispersal notices.
We have been working with our crime prevention and design advisor and BCP ASB team around areas that have been identified as repeat locations for ASB. This is to look at solving some complex ASB issues. This work is ongoing.
We have recently obtained an Anti-social behaviour injunction on a female who was u00a0causing significant ASB issues on Holdenhurst Road. Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions (ASBI) are civil injunctions and do not give the individual a criminal record.
