No parking for residents, 9th February
Hospital staff parking here all day so no where for residents or there visitors to park constant issue daily problem, needs marking up for residents with there door numbers and more signs putting up to stop this issue elderly residents can’t park where they live due to this issue

Very large pothole near top of road towards birmingham road, 20th December
This pothole is extremely deep and the road is not well lit at night, hitting this pothole caused me to burst my tyre and have to call RAC breakdown, costing me £185 in wheel and tracking repairs. It is very dangerous and hard to avoid at night as the road is not lit well

ALL drains on M5 between Jct 1 and Jct 2 blocked, 9th December
ALL drains are blocked with deposits, grass and weeds. Surface water builds up in dangerous ammounts on hard shoulder and into inside lane. The grass in the drains is flourishing. The whole section between Jct 1 and Jct 2 southbound is in need of clearing.

Traffic light on expressway to roundabout, 21st November
The light are not changing and missing out expressway exit. which is causing long tail backs, also people are going few the red light thinking the lights are stuck, because there seeing the other side being let go multi times. there something wrong because some days there working fine

No lights! dangerous at night!, 11th September
There is NO lighting on the road and it feels extremely unsafe walking through it at night. It has attracted drug-addicts and homeless people. This road has a history of violence and the NO-LIGHTING is frightening.

Highway Code rule 243 violation, 21st August
Car is causing an obstruction and is violating Highway Code 243 which clearly states to not park on a bend unless you are forced to do so by stationary traffic.
