Flytipper caught on camera
20th March
This is a flytipping hotspot. There have been suspicions as who is causing it. Attached is photographic evidence of the culprit. It is caused by residents of no.25 Whitehall Road, Handsworth, Birmingham. They drive a white van pictured with registration BJ60 UBN. Picture was taken by resident who tried to stop the flytipper who became aggressive and denied all knowledge although they were seen taking rubbish out of their van and dumping it on the junction of Ivy Road and Whitehall Road outside no.17 Whitehall Road. I ask that the council send a letter warning them of their flytipping and send a cease and desist letter to the resident of no.25 and/or to the landlord. Unless the council sends them a straight up fine!

Flytipping/dumping rubbish
19th March
There's a lot of rubbish (arm chair, mattress, fridge and black bags) on the corner of Ivy Rd B21 9AP and Whitehall Rd B21 9BB. Some of it was dropped here by the people from the van,who live on Whitehall Rd and are rag and bone scrap collectors. When a local resident asked them not to do that, they became angry and argued back with her. I have the vans registration number but blacked it out for legal reasons, which I can provide if required

Street Cleaning Request - Handsworth Triangle
18th March
Handsworth Triangle which is opposite Masjid At Taqwa, The Old Bank, Villa Road, B19 1BH (rear entrance off Hall Road). It is also opposite Gecko Programmes, which used to be the old Asian Resource Centre at 110 Hamstead Road, B20 2QS.
Please ensure that the entire area is cleaned, including behind the electricity hub, as there may be needles hidden there from drug use. If this is not addressed, I will submit further requests.
This area is well-known for anti-social behaviour (ASB) and fly-tipping. There is litter scattered everywhere and on the pavement on and around the bus stop, including carrier bags, empty beer bottles, cans, drink bottles, and food waste. Please do not just send out a single street cleaning staff member with a few waste bags and a litter picker it needs to be a team and a waste vehicle. This area is a significant problem. We have been told the schedule had been moved to once a week but majority of the litter is always left behind and never cleaned.

Two large commercial wheelie bins have been dumped, causing an obstruction and a sofa. Theres also a gas canister. Could you please ensure that all items, including the commercial waste wheelie bins, are disposed of? If the owners cant be bothered to keep these items, theyll have to purchase new wheelie bins because theyre obstructing the highway. Theres no need for these items to be here. The crew will need to walk around there site to locate all items.
