In addition, there is a large retail park where many stores can be found.

Since the early 2000s, the area has seen an influx of immigrants, resulting in the area becoming renowned for its multiculturalism and diversity. There are multiple churches, mosques and temples in the area, and the local restaurants serve a variety of cuisines.
