Bus when not in use is being left on public road, 18th April
I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue regarding an AFJ Travels bus that is regularly left parked on Park Road, B11 4HB, when not in use. The vehicle details are as follows: Mercedes Sprinter, registration LM63 KZW, designated as a public service vehicle.
Despite numerous reports to both the Traffic Commissioner and the company itself, there has been no resolution to this ongoing problem. The vehicle, when not in use, should be parked at the depot. However, the driver and the company seem to be disregarding this regulation, causing significant parking problems for local residents.
As a concerned citizen, I urge the Birmingham City Council to take swift action to address this matter. The continued disregard for parking regulations not only inconveniences residents but also poses safety concerns for pedestrians and other road users.
I trust that you will investigate this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with parking regulations in the area.

Blocked gullies on park road causing flooding, 17th April
Regarding the flooding along Park Road B114HB, particularly outside 84 Park Road. The blocked gullies in this area are causing severe flooding, with water reaching a depth of one foot, making it extremely difficult for residents to access their homes during rainy periods.
Despite repeated attempts to address this issue, it appears that no action has been taken by the council to rectify the situation. While there has been mention that this falls under Severn Trent's responsibility, it is crucial to highlight that the maintenance of gullies ultimately falls under Birmingham City Council's jurisdiction.
I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter and ensure the safety and well-being of the residents affected by this flooding. It is imperative that the gullies are cleared to prevent further instances of flooding and inconvenience to the community.
