Car blocking road exit, 25th March
We are facing issue where people keep parking enterance edge of the exit of Cul-de-sac grove, on Lozells st B19 2ap. It is especially this Red Mitsubishi Colt WV07 HTO.
Since the introduction of 1 way road, it makes it impossible to exit out of the road because this car is always parked on edge, where they just about avoid the yellow lines aswell. We have to make a illegal turn against the road to be able to turn out.
Please fine or give this driver a warning for parking on pavement edge. With sign clearly indicates no loading bay / waiting etc
