Why are the bins and cones put in the road daily , this is obstructing the traffic , why is the council so slack in dealing with these issues , you got businesses putting rubbish out on the streets and you guys must be sacred or taking bribes to turn blind eye . I am disgusted with the council and the local councillors for not doing anything to sort the vehicles that are on the roads surrounding Jenkins street parliament street and Herbert Road totally out of order , seems like the traffic wardens take bribe . Cuz I see them just walk away from even double parked cars and many car are not even road worthy. Total disgrace.. and the police too don’t do anything about it as if they are sacred … what a joke!!!
