Flytipping, 14th April
Reported 2 weeks ago over spilling into road now. Seen rats. Disabled and wheelchair used cannot pass through. Regular grotspot. I'm reporting this every week or so. HMO and flats with no black bins have to leave these rubbish here. Bin men don't take loose black bags and then rubbish attracting rubbish people dumping mats, clothes rack etc it's a really eyesore and health issue. Grain internet people cannot work on cabinet.

On this Road the businesses think they own the road double parking , in the day and make matters worse so many cars just dumped there some are full of rubbish , if all the abandoned vehicles were removed they’d be plenty of parking and we wouldn’t get double parking.
