War memorial area covered in weeds. I renewed the gravel at my own expense but am not responsible for the maintenance or the weeds. The Bench at the memorial also needs replaced as it represents a danger due to the rotting wood

Vehicle leaking oil and marking roadway, 6th March
Vehicle has been leaking oil for several months and staining the road. Owner im sure is aware as does not utilise his off street parking for the vehicle preferring to stain the road as opposed to his own property

Major Potholes all along the road from Mains of Kindrought end right through to the A952 end, 7th February
The Potholes are all along the road from Mains of Kindrought end of road right through to the A952 end of road and has wrecked several of our cars. This seems to be an on going problem with the many larger than normal Farm Vehicles using the road

Blocked Drains, 28th January
Since Eric Scott had his field margins cleared earlier this month the water cannot escape forming a flood across the lane.I can only assume that the drain is either blocked or damaged making it highly dangerous when it freezes.Can you investigate please.

Severe Potholes, 12th September
Increased use of heavy farm machinery has caused rapid degradation of the road surface.The farmer refuses to undertake repairs,his excuse being that if the council won't repair it why should he!!
The first ofthe images shows the western end of the road where it passes over a culvert,a few weeks ago a huge lorry laden with cattle broke through the road surface and collapsed the side of the culvert.To enable him to continue to use the lane he made rough temporary repais which can be seen.
This farmer ,who farms Blackslack, admits that the lane was made for old grey Freie size tractors and not many of them at that.The previous farmer did the lot with two small Ford tractorsand did no or little harm to the lane surface.The constant pounding by the massive Fastrck tractors and very large lorries has largely destroyed the normal passage of this lane .It was used quite a lot by local car traffic but not now ,suspension has been damaged on vehicles coming past here.
