Farmer has a constant half mile of mud between field where he stores bales and farm steading, he runs back and forth this roads daily throughout the winter and makes no effort to scape or clean the roads, myself and other residents along this road are sick of the possible hazzards of skidding off this stretch of road and not being able to keep their cars clean.
