There has been flooding at the end of Silvermoss Road for many weeks now - it is now worse again due to the rainfall over the last couple of days - and there is more forecast. It is more or less all across the road.

A number of drains on the road between Bains park, Tarves and Bourachie cottage on B999, 24th February
These drains are all full with silt and water is ruining the side of the road. I walked down towards Nethermill farm yesterday and it was full with ice onto the road where cars were hitting it coming round the corner opposite Nethermill cottage and having to swerve into middle of the road. This is a bus route and there has been a bus leave the road here before. It is almost impossible to walk this road as some of the side of the road has disappeared. Cyclists also find this difficult as they have to cycle in middle of road up beside the Uppermill turnoff (sign to Tillycairn opposite Bains park). Please clean out these drains, been years since anyone has even looked at them & perhaps tar the side of the road where there are huge trenches!

Blocked gullies, 22nd October
First reported November 2018 ref 484448 Job 513626. Aberdeenshire Council tell us the Gully emptier has its own programme. On the ground this means that the lorry comes out and empties the gullies on left side of road and doesn't do the ones on other side.
