Appalling road and dangerous road conditions – road was closed for repairs and then reopened without due care an attention to the road surface – there are a massive amount of loose stones on the road. Not only is this a serious driving hazard, the loose stones are causing serious damage to vehicles (this as vehicles pass each other) Not sweeping and cleaning the road after read maintenance is Gross Negligence and a blatant violation of the council’s legal duty to make sure that the road is in a fit for purpose state before reopening for the public – thus preventing harm to persons and or property,
