Appalling road and dangerous road conditions Diversion routes have not been signposted to allow traffic to avoid this unfit for purpose road section No warning Ė there are just some signs outlining 20 mph Warning to cyclists, motorbike riders There is a massive amount of loose stones on the road. Not only is this a serious driving hazard, the loose stones are causing serious damage to vehicles (this as vehicles pass each other) Not sweeping and cleaning the road after road maintenance is Gross Negligence and a blatant violation of the council's legal duty to make sure that the road is in a fit for purpose state before reopening for the public Ė thus preventing harm to persons and or property. Immediate action required by the council - Close road until fit for purpose Or place waring signs in advice of road construction warning the public that the road is until for purpose and advise an alternative route Or immediately sweep the rood and remove the loose stones

Very icy pavements, 5th December

Wed, 05 Dec 2018 17:42:28 +0000
57.159074 -2.301981

My 15 year old son does an evening paper round in the Broadshade area of Westhill. He slipped on icy pavements last night and banged his head. Tonight he has slipped on icy pavements again and has taken a thump to his thigh and hip. Thankfully nothing is broken....yet. Can I request that attention is given to the pavements as a matter of priority before a more serious injury is caused. These pavements are also a well used route for children walking to and from school.

Pothole on road bend, 21st November

Wed, 21 Nov 2018 18:41:37 +0000
57.149445 -2.288258

Pothole on the eastbound side of the road, on the left hand side, on the bend just after the speed limit changes from 30 to 40. This pothole has been present for some time, initially as a rough patch, but over the last week or so it has become deeper and quite sharp on the edges. It is very hard to avoid due to its position, and every time I drive over it I am concerned about my cars wheels and suspension.
