Constant water run off from building site causing drain gulleys on edge of A93 to clog which is leading to large debris deposits in entrance to west lodge crathes castle and at risk of clogging a major culvert under A93

Very overgrown and clogged ditch on side of harestone road with a fresh passing place built blocking it
This led to an increase in flooding

Pipe under A93 that takes rainwater ditches from Crathes Estate under road into ditch for river dee is blocked, water level nearly 2 feet above pipe on crathes side,
All ditches into pipe on crathes estate side are clear up to pipe mouth as done late december 2022

Very large and deep potholes x 3, 2nd August
From Derris Bridge to Bridge of Feugh, there a 3 very large and deep potholes on the same side of the road. There are also quite a few smaller ones, but these large ones you have to miss by driving on the wrong side of the road. These need to be fixed as could cause significant damage to cars.

Numerous potholes on this stretch of road before the Milton of Crathes. Particularly concerned about the ones on the actual corner as they have the potential to throw a fast moving car across the road.

Bad Recurring Pot Hole / Manhole Cover Degeneration, 10th April
A93 (between Milton of Crathes and Banchory) WESTBOUND, ABERDEENSHIRE.
A Recurring Pothole around a manhole cover has returned. It is on a right hand bend and is hazardous, especially when the road is wet. It causes your vehicle to slide.
