A series of potholes, 17th January
A series of potholes in edge of road, marked for pedestrians. This is outside North Lodge and South Lodge on Main Road. A number of pedestrians have tripped here. Whilst it is appreciated that repairs are prioritised by the Council, this was reported more than five years ago. Can it be assumed that, in view of the time that has elapsed, members of the public would be entitled to claim against Aberdeenshire Council?

Risk of injury or death - trees at risk of falling on to dual carriageway, 8th January
There is a small cluster of tall mature trees to the north of the A90 at this location. There are a couple of trees which appear to have partially fallen towards the road, but are resting against other trees which have stopped them from falling on to the road. It appears if the trees were to shift due to further winds etc, they may fall on to the 70mph dual carriageway and could present a risk of injury or death.

Choked culvert under A937, 31st December
The culvert and its associated channel are almost completely blocked by stones and gravel. This is causing water to spill onto the A937, resulting in its flooding.( Also endangering nearby properties.)
