Poorly maintained footpath, 28th August
These images were taken at 8.30pm on 28th Aug. The lane is dangerous to use during the winter months due to overgrown vegetation obscuring the street lamps. The issue has been reported twice in the last year but deemed to be up to standard. Can I request a second opinion in this case before someone comes to grief,

Vegetation blocking out street lights on footpath, 14th March
This footpath ha been dangerous during the winter months as evergreen overgrowth blocks out all the light from the adjacent street lights. This was reported to the Council about two months ago.

Number of potholes, 13th March
At the garvock (Laurencekirk side) the juction going into Laurencekirk has a good number of potholes all in one small area. Some of these are quite deep and will cause damage to a car. Over the last few weeks they have become increasingly large due to the amount and size of transport passing over these.
