The south deeside road from Milltimber brae to Leggart Terrace urgently needs to be resurfaced. Although many of Scotlandís and Aberdeenshireís roads are in unacceptable condition (independent Road audit report in 2016) this section of road is in a severe state of disrepair.

These potholes are getting worse and are dangerous in the dark as they are not easily seen. One is exposing the edge of a metal utilities access point which is likely to damage cars. They are gradually becoming worse by the weather and from heavy vehicles such as council refuse trucks driving at high speed up and down the road.
