The road/pathway in pitmedden terrace is in an awful state of repair, an older lady tripped today on the loose surface and was badly injured, this has been like this for quite some time. this road/pathway is also at the rear of 19 garthdee drive and is a way for three houses access for their driveways.

Flytipping in residential property, 30th March
No 12 Craidievar Cres garden is being used for tipping rubbish. Matresses , used car tyres , scrap motors , carpets , lino , wood paneling , redundant grass cutters , The garden front and back has become a general tip. It is affecting the quality of living in the area.

Paving for the blind needing cleaned up, 16th March
I assume it was caused by rainfall but now the paving used for the blind is ineffective due to being fill with grit and dirt. Needs cleaned urgently.

Dangerous, rusted, falling apart, 16th March
Not sure what this is or what it was used for but on obviously been out of use for a long time by the state of it. Not only is it an eyesore but is extremely dangerous right next to the footpath - it is completely rusted and falling apart.

Street lights STILL not working security issue, 13th March
The street light outside 136 & 140 Faulds Gate is not working and has nit been working since November 2020 and has been reported by my dad Mr GThomson twice. This is a security issue and my parents could fall down their steps leading to their property due to the lack of street lighting.

No Street Drain, 9th March
At the end of Redmoss Avenue there is no street level drain to allow rain water to run away and it just builds up in the street. The nearest drains are not close by. This is obviously a health and safety hazard especially when frozen. Can the council put in a drain. There is about 8 housed affected.

Large potholes forming before and after the speed-bumps, 5th February
The newly redressed road surface is eroding away in a matter of months where it meets the old speed-bumps revealing ever growing potholes that are already at a serious point.
The whole road fixing strategy needs revisited.
