Just text TRAFFIC M25 to 83831 (change M25 to your road/motorway, your postcode, or your town/city).

Avoid the traffic by getting the latest conditions on the move - just send us a text message outlined below and we'll send you the latest traffic news to your mobile, saving you time and frustration.

Traffic Alerts cost 50p per SMS. This is not a subscription service - there are no other ongoing charges so you are in total control when you wish to use this service. There is no requirement to send 'STOP' as this is not a subscription service - you may be charged a standard rate for sending 'STOP'.

Please note that if there are more than one or two incidents we may need to send two SMS's. Please ensure that you only send the word 'TRAFFIC' plus a road (e.g. 'A5'), motorway (e.g. 'M6'), postcode (e.g. 'WS33PD') or town (e.g. 'Leeds') - sending any other combination of words such as 'A5 Towards Telford' will not relay any traffic updates, and you will still be charged.
