The ST18 postcode was created by Royal Mail in the 1990s and covers the southern districts of Stoke-on-Trent. This includes the neighbourhoods of King's Terrace, Milton, Westcliffe-on-Trent, Merrial, Springfields, Sandon, Seabridge, Earl's Gate, Trentside, Milton and Barthomley.

The area is also home to Potteries Shopping Centre, a large indoor shopping mall located in the very heart of Stoke-on-Trent. It provides a broad range of high street stores, a food court, leisure activities and even a cinema. A variety of cultural attractions can also be found in the region such as the Trentham Estate and Monkey Forest, which are located close by.

ST18 is served by a range of transport links. The postcode has three train stations: Longport, Stoke-on-Trent and Kidsgrove, which provide direct services to major UK cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, and London. In addition, there are several bus routes that run through the region and provide access to neighbouring towns and villages.

The district also contains a range of leisure facilities, including parks, golf courses, walks and open spaces. Trentham Gardens is situated close to the centre of ST18, offering acres of formal gardens, historic lake, a range of cafes and restaurants and outdoor activities, including boating and adventure golf.

ST18 is a prosperous and friendly postcode which provides a great quality of life to its residents. The area has something to offer everyone, from local businesses and services to cultural attractions and leisure activities.
