In summertime, visitors can enjoy riverside walks along the River Ebble in Wilton, or maybe take a leisurely stroll through the delightful Wiltshire countryside. In addition, Bramshaw Golf Range and Wyndham Park are within easy reach of the area.

A hallmark of the district is its history. There are a number of listed buildings, monuments, and ruins in and around the area, such as Old Sarum and Stonehenge. Meanwhile, Salisbury Cathedral is one of the most famous and well-preserved cathedrals in the world.

Transport links are good, with a regular bus service to Salisbury and further afield. There are also a few train stations in the area, including Salisbury, Wilton, Breamore, and Tisbury, with main line services to London, Bristol, and Bournemouth. For those who enjoy car travel, the area is well connected, with fast connections to the main dual carriageways and an easy drive into Salisbury.

As an area, the SP2 postcode is popular, whether it be for work or play, and the local community is vibrant with an array of shops, restaurants, recreational activities, and historic attractions. With its picturesque rural landscape, the postcode certainly makes an attractive choice for discerning individuals.
