Footpath/Right of Way wooden sign, 21st January
For the past 5-6 years the wooden "Footpath/Right of Way sign has been broken at the base and requires replacing. It cannot be seen from the bottom of the lane, and walkers go past the sign and end up at a dead end. We often have to re-direct people. It is situated up a single gravel lane, on the right between a detached house and a detached bungalow just up from The Green

3 very large potholes, 20th November
As can be seen from the white lines in the photos these potholes haave already been identified as a problem but have not been repaired. They are on the south side of the road so are a problem to vehicles travelling towards Oxborough from Cockley Cley. Approx 250yds south west of the watermill land junction. These potholes are easily large enough to damage a car wheel. If a motorcyle hits one in the dark or when it is full of water this could cause a fatality.
