The surrounding countryside has plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as walking, cycling and fishing, as well as a wealth of wildlife to observe. There are also several designated footpaths, bridleways and cycle trails that cross the area.
The village of Brington is the largest settlement within the PE28 postcode district and is home to around 750 people. The village boasts a beautiful Norman church, an inn, a village hall and a temperance hall, as well as its own local newsletter.
Community spirit is very much at the heart of life in the PE28 postcode district. There are strong links between the villages within the area, with regular village festivals and carnivals held throughout the year.
