Cycle hanger always filthy and waterlogged, 18th April
Leaves and other debris constantly build up in Cycle hanger ch0056 which results in it becoming waterlogged (as the water can't drain out to the adjacent drain) and therefore it's impossible to remove bikes without getting filthy and wet. The councils street cleaning team needs to regularly access inside the hangar to clean it please.

20mph flashing signs not working, 18th April
Speeding is a huge problem on Gloucester Terrace (particularly the stretch between Cleveland Terrace and Bishops Bridge Road), however the 20MPH warning sign outside no 142 has not been working for at least 2 years! The council provided assurances over a year ago that it will be fixed and it still hasn't been. In the absence of other measures (eg speed cameras or speed humps) please can this sign be urgently be fixed, (and perhaps another one be placed on the other side of the road to prevent cars speeding towards the junction with Bishops Bridge Road as they often do).

Traffic lights stuck on red, 18th April
Every evening for the past week or so the traffic lights at the junction of Gloucester Terrace and Bishops Bridge Road are not in sync. Eg they either get stuck on red or green - which results in drivers having to honk a lot at red lights and eventually cross them to get through the junction. Pedestrian signals are also not in sync - eg when it shows green man it also shows a green traffic light. I have witnessed numerous near collisions of cars and pedestrians. These probably occurs in the evenings from around 830pm (possibly at other times of day). Really very urgent that it is addressed asap.

Most mornings this occurs along Salusbury road. Perhaps bin bags are put out at the wrong time. They are ravaged by foxes presumably and rubbish is strewn across the pavement .

Human Forest abandoned bike on junction, 18th April
A Human Forest hire bike has been abandoned right on the middle of the Baker Street roadway junction, right on the pedestrian traffic island where pedestrians cross over this busy Baker Street road junction. This Human Forest hire bike is on the floor of the traffic island, lying down at the bottom of one of the traffic lights, and it is facing Pizza Express (on the opposite side of the road). If this Human Forest hire bike slips off the traffic island and it slips into the path of the oncoming traffic, it can cause A SERIOUS crash as this is a large and heavy bulky hire bike. This should be removed as a matter of urgency.

Outside 11 Cleve Road, 18th April
Clear water pools on the road surface 24 hours a day for last two months. I personally had to report this problem on three separate occasions with Thames Water. Despite three site visits they are adamant it is due to ground water and I and other neighbours believe it is caused by a water mains leaking. This is because about three years ago same place there was a burst main and it also took Thames Water several visits before they dug up the road and had this confirmed. I have lived on this road for 32 years and have never seen ground water rising from the road or had blocked drains on this section of road. Also the road surface has sunk where the pool of water sits and now another section of road outside 8 Cleve Road has also started to sink with a continuous wet patch. The water pooling has been on the road surface despite much sunshine and no rain for many days.

Corner of Hartland and Lynton Roads, 18th April
Large, overgrown street tree is touching the brickwork, guttering etc of 37 Lynton Road NW6 with potential to cause damage to property and limb of persons underneath during a branch fall. There is also extensive trip risk to the public through unmaintained paving slabs being dislodged by root growth from the same tree. NB this tree was left un pruned during recent pruning to many of the other trees in Lynton/Hartland roads. Both issues have been present for a number of months if not years (especially the issue of the paving stones as this is/can be an issue for persons of disability such as my partner who finds it extremely difficult negotiating the paving slabs using her stick etc))
