There is an electrical cabinet, no. 440 (as shown in photo), on Crompton Street just outside Venice Court that has been unlocked for a while. This needs to be sorted as it poses a number of threats:
- Possible disposal point - Electrical circuits open to elements - Danger of electrocution - Blocking the pavement for pedestrians - Banging noise as it swings from the wind

Corner of Victoria Road and Victoria Mews, 11th April
There are two large commercial bins on the corner of Victoria Road and Victoria Mews which are becoming a very serious problem. They have been moved from the Mews as a result of some sort of building project. However they have become a free for all to all who want to use them and also a dumping ground for large unwanted household items. Following today's bin collection, your refuse collectors have left rubbish all over the pavement causing a complete blockage of the are(see enclosed pics). This whole issue needs addressing with urgency. The bins need to be returned to the Mews with immediate effect. Thank you.
