IP26 is a postcode in the Ipswich district in the United Kingdom. It covers an area that stretches from Easton and Norton, located east of Ipswich, all the way up to the small parish of Wrentham, which is south-west of Lowestoft.

It's a mainly rural area made up of small villages and hamlets, with the nearby flagship towns of Ipswich, Woodbridge and Lowestoft. It's a fairly quiet area, mostly populated by agricultural land and woodlands, with some areas of heath, marsh and wetlands.

The area is known for its picturesque villages and its beautiful Suffolk countryside. In the IP26 postcode area alone there are six villages with parish councils: Wrentham, Easton, Burgh, Wyverstone, Norton and Stonham Parva, alongside the hamlet of Willisham. The market town of Needham Market is also in the area, and the medieval town of Eye lies just outside the borders of IP26.

The area is served by the All Saints Church, located in the village of Stonham Parva, as well as by numerous village shops and amenities. The neighbouring towns of Ipswich and Woodbridge are both classed as Larger Settlement and nearby Lowestoft offers all the amenities of a major town, such as shopping, leisure and entertainment, banks and a full hospitality scope.

The area is mainly agricultural — mainly arable and cattle farming — with some small businesses and a few industrial sites.

The countryside of IP26 also offers some stunning scenery, including the Blackwater River, Thetford Forest and some pretty Suffolk villages, all of which makes it a great place for walking, cycling and horse riding. Additionally, attractions such as Pleasurewood Hills, an amusement park, and Sutton Hoo for the archaeology enthusiasts can be found just a short drive away from the IP26 postcode.
