The IG2 postcode is a district in the London borough of Redbridge, Ilford, United Kingdom. It covers the areas of Seven Kings, Newbury Park, Gants Hill, Hainault and parts of Clayhall, Barkingside and Redbridge to the north. To its west it borders the E11 postcode district of Walthamstow and to the east, the E18 (Woodford) postcode district.

The area is dominated by its residential areas and high-rise blocks of flats, particularly the Redbridge Lane and Beehive Lane Estates, while there are also a few commercial areas and parks, such as Gants Hill roundabout and Charles Park. The area is serviced by the Central line of the London Underground, which stops at Gants Hill station and Newbury Park station. There are two main shopping areas in IG2, Gants Hill and Hainault. Many shops are located along Cranbrook Road, a main thoroughfare which runs through Gants Hill, and there is a shopping centre, The Exchange, at Hainault.

The IG2 postcode district has its own dedicated police team, based at Ilford Police Station. The team works closely with the Council's Community Safety and Enforcement and the Joint Strategic Planning Unit's Place Inspectors. The area is also part of the Redbridge Community Safety Partnership, working to reduce crime and the fear of crime in the borough.

IG2 is home to a number of secondary schools and colleges, such as Ilford County High School, Redbridge College, Eastbury College and the Redbridge Institute. Redbridge College moved to the new campus at Gants Hill their in August 2019 to become The Wave Learning Campus. The area also has a number of primary schools, such as Chigwell Row Primary School and Fullwood Primary School. Furthermore, there are several transport hubs serving the area, including Newbury Park Station which links in surrounding towns and cities as well as London.
