The area also includes a number of parks and open spaces, including central Eltham Common, the William Girling Reservoir and Hall Place Gardens. Eltham also boasts a Manor house and attractive buildings such as Eltham Palace and the former Royal Military School.
Mottingham is a small village within the BR7 postcode and is characterised by its picturesque churches and attractive homes. The area is also host to Hall Place Country Park, which is full of walking trails and stunning flora and fauna. Mottingham is also home to a number of independent businesses and offers easy access to the neighbouring towns of Chislehurst and Eltham.
New Eltham is the final area within the BR7 postcode and is also small but charming village with attractive, semi-detached homes and cottages. New Eltham also provides excellent transport links to neighbouring towns and Central London, via the South Eastern rail service.
