Parking, 13th March
Cars are constantly parking down our road in stupid places making it hard for the residents who live here myself included driving in and out in the mornings and afternoon during the school rush. Children are walking in the road because the paths are blocked with cars creating a hazard some of these children are without an adult accessing the potential hazard for them. Cars are also sitting in the middle of the road as residents are are just trying to access their drives or parking places. Not to mention how I’ve witnessed a few cars speed down this road at busy times.

Occupants park cars on road, blocking a pathway, 3rd November
This is the main path I use with my 5year old to get to the shop, it narrows the road dangerously, and on the bend, And they're blocking disabled access causing people to walk out into the junction of a busy road. It's been happening since the moved in last year. They have 2 cars and only have space for one. And visitors block the entire path as in the picture.

Whole Crescent road full of potholes, 5th October
Downs Crescent is full of potholes there are massive ones. I don’t know what your criteria is for filling them but some have been filled which were not as deep as those left. Maintenance of the Crescent is nil! If a certain aged rock star lived here they would all have been filled by now as the whole road is bad for all the residents cars! One way in and one way out there is no escape.

Road sinking. Not pothole, 15th July
Road sinking. Someone so kindly came out and sprayed red spray paint around the edges weeks ago to bring it to our attention - very thoughtful…but no work has been carried out and our cars are taking an absolute bashing on it, costing us money to fix our cars because no one can be bothered to fix the issue. Again. Being as the road was ‘fixed’ earlier this year. Brownie points for whoever did that job ???? I’m familiar with duct tape or giving something a wallop to try and ‘fix’ things but I was completely unaware red spray paint was inclusive of temporary fixes
