School hours parking, 11th April
Outside Oldbury academy, the parking the half an hour before soon finished (3pm) is horrendous. Cars parked on top of t-junctions, cars parked on to footpaths blocking the paths for pedestrians. There is even cars parking in peoples closes where they live making it mark work for people to come and out of their homes.
I bumped my car last year down this road for the same reason, as parents pulling out on you or cars blockings cars from safely pulling into the t-junction. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Damaged electrical cable casing, 9th April
Casing for electrical cables under the motorway bridge on the Wolverhampton road near the Asda Oldbury has all be ripped down exposing all the wires.

Dog poo by the bin next to.bus shelter outside warley supermarket, 29th February
Unfortunately this is a regular incident around B689. Dog walkers either leave bags of dog poo by half empty bins or think it's acceptable to allow their dogs to poo next to the bins! Especially near primary schools and nurseries. Please can signage be improved and warning about fines.

Pothole punctured my tire, 24th January
On the corner or Samson Road, turning onto Rutland Road in Bearwood my vehicle hit the pothole and it resulted in an instant puncher. I have only recently changed the tires on my vehicle to brand new Pirelli tyres. This has caused me a lot of stress and will cost me a lot of money to repair.

Illegal parking, 20th January
Due to a total lack of parking enforcement in this area cars are obstructing dropped kerbs and parking on double yellow lines with impunity causing problems for disabled people in the area

Fly tipping on my drive, 27th November
Not my rubbish. skip company say they have not been paid but I have a receipt proving otherwise. Although I did not order the skip. All items dumped on my drive are crates /panels.

Water coming THROUGH bridge, 30th October
I was waiting in traffic on the A4123 southbound underneath the M5 bridge during heavy rain. A stream of water was coming through the bridge, approx 2 - 3 metres from the edge. I have a video. I am not sure if this is a problem or not, but it appeared abnormal so have reported just in case.

No lights! dangerous at night!, 11th September
There is NO lighting on the road and it feels extremely unsafe walking through it at night. It has attracted drug-addicts and homeless people. This road has a history of violence and the NO-LIGHTING is frightening.
