School hours parking, 11th April
Outside Oldbury academy, the parking the half an hour before soon finished (3pm) is horrendous. Cars parked on top of t-junctions, cars parked on to footpaths blocking the paths for pedestrians. There is even cars parking in peoples closes where they live making it mark work for people to come and out of their homes.
I bumped my car last year down this road for the same reason, as parents pulling out on you or cars blockings cars from safely pulling into the t-junction. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Damaged electrical cable casing, 9th April
Casing for electrical cables under the motorway bridge on the Wolverhampton road near the Asda Oldbury has all be ripped down exposing all the wires.

Graffiti on multiple 6mph signs, 7th April
Multiple 60mph signs appear to have been spray painted leading into the 60zone for the clean air zone. We've been through it today and it looked like people were quite confused with the speed limit, harsh braking and quickly speeding up.

Water coming THROUGH bridge, 30th October
I was waiting in traffic on the A4123 southbound underneath the M5 bridge during heavy rain. A stream of water was coming through the bridge, approx 2 - 3 metres from the edge. I have a video. I am not sure if this is a problem or not, but it appeared abnormal so have reported just in case.

No lights! dangerous at night!, 11th September
There is NO lighting on the road and it feels extremely unsafe walking through it at night. It has attracted drug-addicts and homeless people. This road has a history of violence and the NO-LIGHTING is frightening.

All drain gratings blocked with grass J1 to J2, 9th September
M5 sth J1 to J2 all surface water drain gratings are over grown with vegetation again. This will ( and does) cause carriageway flooding unless kept clear. This problem was reported last year and dealt with, it has returned, this section had considerable work undertaken to improve water drainage but no pro-active maintenance takes place to keep the drains clear.
