SS16 4RR is one of the safest areas in Basildon and frankly your stas are wrong. I've been leaving on Ramsay Drive for about 6 years now and the Police have never attended in relation to any crime ( yet your stats say Crime is High). All the houses on the road are privately owned and The unemployment rate is high because all the unemployed people leaving there are pensioners.
