Street light still turning off and on every 20 seconds., 9th April
The street light down the path and directly outside number 11 constantly switches off and on every 20 seconds. I Have reported this issue twice before and still haven't been contacted or given a reply. Either fix the flashing light or turn it off all together.

No tax since dec 2015, no MOT since jan 2016. is parked in a public car park behind the Kincardine O'Neil hall. not only is it an absolute eyesore it also is taking up a vital space.

Dog fouling all round the pavements here and round the edge of the grass round the bowling green. woman lets dog out by itself and doesn't pick up after it., 5th April
Dog mess all round the pavements around Canmore Place and in the central grass areas. the path through to the bowling green is also a hot spot for it and round the edge of the park. There is one woman that lets her dog roam the area by itself and doesn't follow to pick up its mess. There is a lot of children in the houses and i have lost count of the amount of times they have ran through the excrement and brought it back into the houses. absolute disgrace.
