Appalling road and dangerous road conditions, 24th May
Appalling road and dangerous road conditions
Diversion routes have not been signposted to allow traffic to avoid this unfit for purpose road section
No warning – there are just some signs outlining 20 mph
Warning to cyclists, motorbike riders There is a massive amount of loose stones on the road. Not only is this a serious driving hazard, the loose stones are causing serious damage to vehicles (this as vehicles pass each other)
Not sweeping and cleaning the road after road maintenance is Gross Negligence and a blatant violation of the council's legal duty to make sure that the road is in a fit for purpose state before reopening for the public – thus preventing harm to persons and or property.
Immediate action required by the council - Close road until fit for purpose
Or place waring signs in advice of road construction warning the public that the road is until for purpose and advise an alternative route
Or immediately sweep the rood and remove the loose stones
Nearest road to the pin placed on the map (automatically generated by Bing Maps): B9119, Westhill

Car bumper in the ditch, 9th April
It can be seen on the left-hand side of the picture.
I've taken a picture of the bend of the road, to locate it easier. That view would be if you were coming from Dunecht, going towards Westhill.
It's been lying there for months.
I'd be happy to take it to the local HWRC myself but I was unsure if the person might class that as 'commerical waste', or something.
