Upper Arbeadie Road at Highfield Avenue, BANCHORY. Several waste bins are permanently placed on the footpath leaving nowhere for pedestrians to go when approaching vehicles drive towards you.

The School Zone signage is faded and hardly visable to read, one 30mph sign is completely covered in overgrown vegetation, the zebra crossing columns are completely stripped bare of paint. An urgent list of repairs required here over the summer holidays please.

Noticed this morning (14/01/2016) that the pedestrian crossing button crossing from Station Road (coming from Banchory town centre) across Raemoir Road was stuck - unable to press button to get lights to change.

There's a hole in the pavement in Scolty Place near number one. Just as you come in it's on the left near a toby. It's been there a few weeks now, someone could catch their toe on it and as the street has a lot of elderly residents I just thought I'd let you know. Many thanks.

There is a large pothole at the bottom of Deeview Road at its junction with Raemoir Road, which is hard to miss when trying to turn left out of Deeview Road. This is unpleasant in a car, but particularly bad when cycling.

The very high retaining wall at 'Platties' is in very poor condition with a large section missing (almost through the wall). The wall runs along the path which goes from Hanover Court (East) to the edge of St Ternans Park. The badly damaged section is beside the Dog Waste Bin in line with the edge of the start of the graveyard on the path which overlooks the River Dee.

The footpath at the rear of Hanover Court, the damaged area lies approx. 20 / 25 yards from the big car park heading west along path. This problem has previously been reported to Roads (not their area they say), Housing (not their area) , Doug Allan (Landscaping) was going to have a look at the problem but he has now retired from the council ! The path is almost unusable for elderly, parents with buggies / prams and wheelchair users.

The street sign at the top of Glebe Park doesn't show that Glebe Park is a dead end / no through road. There is a large number of vehicles which drive down into Glebe Park not realising that they can't drive through only to have to 'shunt' about at the end of the street to turn round.
