Heras Fencing at ground beside house, 7th November
The heras fencing at ground beside older house which is being renovated with the steading blocks your view when exiting the Upper Lochton road on Raemoir Road. Quite a few near misses caused by this.

Vegitation at junction blocking view of oncoming traffic., 19th October
Junction of Raemoir Road (A980) and B9125 at entrance to Raemoir House Hotel has overgrown vegetation on verge, preventing any sight line of traffic approaching from Aberdeen direction. This has been the subject of a campaign some time ago, when verge was cleared. A recent bad accident at this spot may have been caused by this problem.
