Very Large pothole on left edge of road heading towards banchory. Becoming larger and deeper every day. Difficult to avoid when passing large oncoming vehicles.

Tree on road presenting risk of injury or death, 2nd December
This is a single carriageway road with one lane in each direction. It is governed by the national speed limit and is not street lit. There has been a tree blocking the eastbound carriageway since Friday 26th November 2021. The tree is located just off a bend. Eastbound traffic is not seeing the tree until it is too late. Some vehicles have collided with the tree, and others are being forced to swerve around it, often in to the face of oncoming westbound traffic. The council have placed no signage, and there are a handfull of traffic cones next to the tree, which do nothing to warn road users of it’s presence. Too little too late. This is a busy commuter road, and given that the B9077 South Deeside road is closed, traffic flow is greatly increased on the B977. The tree is especially hard to see at night, and eastbound traffic has insufficient time or distance to react safely to the presence of the tree, due to it being so close after the bend. This presents a significant danger of INJURY or DEATH, and requires to be cleared immediately.
