LARGE potholes, 24th January
Large potholes appearing on chestnut grove, crescent and junction to pine tree road. Getting more of a concern. We were told they were going to be fixed by Dec 2023 and nothing has been addressed.

Large pothole in pavement in front of 20 Pantoch Drive., 15th November
I reported this pothole many months ago and nothing has been done. I received the reply that it was not urgent but would be attended to when a crew was in the area. Apart from the fact that I have to drive over it every day, it is very dangerous for pedestrians. I am particularly concerned about an elderly neighbour who uses a walker.

Gulley blocked, 20th October
Road drain gulley in bus stop not taking water, cleared grid multiple times and can feel lots of silt down in chamber so needs sucked out and pipe under A93 checked

Ditch clogged, 9th October
Very overgrown and clogged ditch on side of harestone road with a fresh passing place built blocking it

Bin wasnt emptied, 11th July
I understand we have 3 seperate bins, but we were were only given the orange lid bin last week, half way through the biweekly cycle so our bin was already full of a mix of cardboard and cans. So our bin was not collected yesterday due to the mixture of recyclable materials. This is rather unfair as our bin was already full before the orange bin was delivered.

Blocked rainwater pipe, 30th December
Pipe under A93 that takes rainwater ditches from Crathes Estate under road into ditch for river dee is blocked, water level nearly 2 feet above pipe on crathes side,
All ditches into pipe on crathes estate side are clear up to pipe mouth as done late december 2022
Probably few thousand gallons water backed up into woods and now very close to A93 road edge
Was mentioned to banchory roads department but needs followed up on to resovle under A93

Smelly drainage, 10th October
The new drain area is giving off a nasty smell, like let the rotten vegetation there. It’s for a blue tinge to it as well and needs to be reported.

Tree branches obstructing walkway/cycleway., 19th September
Stretch of walkway/cycleway (alongside Tesco car park), obstructed by overhanging branches. Cyclists have to dismount, and pedestrians stoop in places, to pass the low branches.

Two many pots holes they need urgent attention before an accident happens. Some patching has been done but all coming out again and other holes not touched.

Potholes been here for months, numerous times reported to council, causing costly damage to vehicles. Council ‘uneven road surface’ signs do not convey the dangers they pose to road users - need to be repaired urgently
