The road markings have faded away. Causing a danger to all road users as solid white lines are now not visible which could lead to a collision resulting in serious injury and/or death.

Multiple pot holes, 20th February
Multiple pot holes on left side of road heading towards raemoir road. Pot holes steadily worsening and becoming a hazard to try to miss them to prevent damage to tyres and wheels when there are vehicles coming the after way

Vegitation at junction blocking view of oncoming traffic., 19th October
Junction of Raemoir Road (A980) and B9125 at entrance to Raemoir House Hotel has overgrown vegetation on verge, preventing any sight line of traffic approaching from Aberdeen direction. This has been the subject of a campaign some time ago, when verge was cleared. A recent bad accident at this spot may have been caused by this problem.
