Dog fouling in play park, 24th April

Major reoccurring problem in the playing field, often beside the childrens play park. There are dog waste bins but owners don't use them. We're sick of the disgusting mess, it must be a health risk for children, this park is being used as a dog toilet could the council consider banning dogs from the park.
