The African Summer Fest - 28/06/2014 - 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm was cranked up to the max volume and caused disturbances with noise/vibration for residents in the area bordering the Balmedie Country Park.
The music went on from about 10 / 10.30 a.m. to about 8.30 p.m.
The DJs turned the event into a rave, and this cannot be allowed to occur where there are residents nearby.
Please ensure they find another place to go for next time (in a field far away from homes), and that they are monitored closely because drink and drugs were being taken at the rave.

A middle-aged man and woman were walking their dog (biscuit wire-haired Terrier) alongside their two young children.
The dog fouled on the grass area adjacent to Eigie Close.
People asked the parents/dog owner to pick up the dog mess, but the parents/dog owner started to swear and shout at the people and walked on to Balmedie beach, leaving the dog mess behind.
This occurred at around 3.30 p.m. today.

The bin at the exit from the car park is so full that there are now more bags of litter outside the bin than in it. The end result is litter along the path into the dunes. The dog walking compound is so broken down it has ceased to be useful.

There is black ice on the pavements on Old Mill Crescent, Balmedie. This is causing pedestrians to use the road which is not safe. I've already seen several families walking on the road whilst the kids are being taken to school. Can the pavement gritter be sent out to provide some grip underfoot please?
