Broken exposed drain ~150m from Brimmond Car Park, 4th February
Access/drain cover is completely broken leaving approx 2 foot by 1and a half foot man hole cover exposed, with a 1 and a half foot drop. Dangerous for walkers on the designated walking roots, but incredibly dangerous for cars! Exposed man hole is approx 150m from Brimmond Hill Car Park, and about 15m from "Wellside" driveway sign

People who own the horses are passing in the passing place at mill of birsack. This is extremely dangerous. It is the owners of mill of birsack livery who rent the field out

Persistent parking in passing place, 23rd March
This is a relatively sharp corner with a passing place that has for the last few months consistently been used to park trailers and/or small and large vehicles by residents of a nearby property. It has become a significant hazard.

Dirt/Sand on Road, 3rd August
The B979 from Little Mill of Clinterty to about Burnside of Meikle Clinterty has a lot of sand and dirt on it. I presume this is from the heavy rain we had last week. It would be easy for a driver to lose control if they had to quickly brake or otherwise react to a danger in the road, especially if they are coming downhill from Tyrebagger. We had a car shoot half way into the road from the direction of the old college, so we had to brake hard coming from Tyrebagger. We were not going fast, but the debris could have caused an accident.

Dribers taking corners too fast. Atleast two accidents every week, 16th June
Yeah his section of road is dangerous, outside a family orientated business. Peoppe drive round these bends too fast and there is on avarage two collisions every week. Please look into some slow signs, speed limit and or speed bumps for this section.

Very deep pothole full of water so you can’t see how bad it is till you hit it, 24th March

Rough Road, 22nd February
The road down to the Elrick Hill car park has been deteriorating badly over the last number of years, water flows down it making the road barely passable in places.
